Partnership Proposal — Updated
Everything you asked — answered. Plus the full proposal and project plan for your team to review.
Your Questions, Answered
The care package isn't structured as a fixed block of hours — it's outcome-based. We commit to keeping your site healthy, secure, and monitored. In practice, the weekly QA, plugin/core updates, security scans, backup verification, and monitoring review typically represent 4–6 hours of hands-on work per month.
The key difference from an hourly retainer: we don't clock-watch. If an update breaks something, we fix it — that's covered. You're not being asked to approve a quote for a bug that our own update process caused. It's essentially an all-inclusive based on website quality upkeep.
What's NOT included: new feature development, new page builds, design work, or substantial content restructuring. Those come from the development hours bucket.
The weekly QA covers:
On top of the manual weekly review, automated visual regression testing (VRT) runs daily and after every update. If a carousel vanishes overnight — like the issue you described on our call — the VRT catches the visual change and alerts us within hours, not days.
Small content tweaks that come up during our weekly QA — a broken link, a typo, a misaligned image — we fix those as part of the care package. Anything under 15 minutes that's maintenance-related rather than new work.
If you're asking us to rewrite a page, add a new section, build a new layout, or restructure content — that's development work and comes from the hours bucket.
The line is straightforward: if it's (a) keeping the site working as intended, or (b) trivial — it's care. If it's changing what the site does or adding something new, it's development.
We've prepared a sample report based on your current website using ohdear.app. If the full report is too comprehensive, we can easily configure a simpler one-page PDF version. The report covers: uptime percentage, incidents with resolution notes, updates applied with staging test results, VRT scan summary, site speed snapshot, security summary, and recommendations.

Two scenarios:
So no, a single landing page would not use up the full 20-hour bucket. With a template-first approach, you could get the template built (5 hrs) plus 2–3 event pages from it (3–4 hrs each) within 20 hours, with room to spare.
And yes — building it as a duplicable, editable template is exactly what we'd recommend. You or your colleagues can clone, swap content, and publish without needing us every time.
For landing pages that don't need CMS editing, we can build directly in HTML and publish via Cloudflare Pages — fast, lightweight, high-performing. For pages needing ongoing edits, we build within WordPress. We can also work from Figma designs produced by Sabrina from our Whitespace studio if you'd prefer a full UX/UI design pass first.
Rough guide:
These are estimates — we confirm before starting any task so there are no surprises.
Yes to both. Within our group:
Three options:
For typical dev work, Option 1 is most common. For bigger pushes like ICE, Options 2 or 3 make sense when your bandwidth is stretched.
We'll put together two or three examples from recent client work to share with you. These will show the scope and quality achievable within a 5–10 hour window.

| Priority | Definition | Response | Resolution |
|---|---|---|---|
| Critical | Site down or inaccessible | 4 hours | Same business day |

| Medium | Cosmetic / partial issues | 1 business day | 2 business days |
| Low | Minor tweaks | 1 business day | 5 business days |
Infrastructure
Playnetic owns the hosting account. You pay the provider, you control the relationship. We manage the environment.
| Feature | Kinsta Rec. | SiteGround GoGeek | WP Engine |
|---|---|---|---|
| Infrastructure | Google Cloud (isolated containers) | Google Cloud (shared) | Google Cloud / AWS |
| Monthly cost | ~€32/mo ($35) | ~€41/mo ($45 at renewal) | ~€27/mo ($30) |
| Staging | Yes — free, one-click | Yes (GrowBig+) | Yes — free |
| Daily backups | 14-day retention | 30 copies | 40-day retention |
| CDN | Cloudflare Enterprise | Built-in (170+ loc) | Cloudflare |
| Site isolation | Full container isolation | Shared environment | Container-based |
| DDoS protection | Enterprise grade | Standard | Included |
| Support | 24/7 chat — WP experts | 24/7 chat & phone | 24/7 chat + phone (Pro+) |
Why Kinsta: Full container isolation gives your site dedicated resources. Cloudflare Enterprise CDN delivers faster global load times and enterprise DDoS protection at no extra cost. For a B2B gaming company showcasing products to aggregators and operators, speed and uptime directly affect brand perception. We manage several client sites on Kinsta — including regulated financial services — and have deep platform experience. If your CTO prefers WP Engine, we're equally comfortable there.
Peace of Mind
Your site uses WP Bakery and ACF with a custom theme — a setup where plugin updates frequently cause layout shifts, broken forms, or missing content. We fix that with two layers of automated protection.
Every day — and after every update — our system takes pixel-level screenshots of ~15–20 key pages and compares them against a known-good baseline. A shifted layout, missing image, hidden CTA, or broken form triggers an immediate alert to our team. We resolve it before a visitor sees it.
Particularly valuable ahead of ICE and other events when your site needs to be flawless.
WP Umbrella configured for 1-minute checks from multiple locations. Downtime detected within 60 seconds. Alerts route directly to our team via Slack and email.
We also track Core Web Vitals and response time trends over time, feeding into your monthly reports.
What this means for you: You stop worrying about your website. Updates happen safely because they're tested automatically. Downtime is caught in seconds, not hours. This is the level of care that lets you focus on marketing and business development.
Development
20 hours at €40/hour for new work. Hours don't expire. Additional hours billed at €40/hour.
Example scenario: Build one reusable landing page template (5 hrs) → create 2 event pages from it (3 hrs each) → install a new carousel (2 hrs) → minor changes (2 hrs). That's 15 hours — with 5 still in the bank.
Project Plan
From sign-off to fully operational care in 4 weeks.
Sign service agreement. Receive credentials and hosting access. Coordinate 30-day handover with your UK agency. Set up Kinsta (or confirmed host) account under Playnetic's name.
📋 Access secured, handover initiatedFull site migration from AWS to new host. Staging verification, DNS cutover, SSL configuration. Diagnose and fix contact form deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC). Post-migration QA of all pages, links, forms, and components.
🔄 Site live on new host, forms deliveringAudit key URLs. Install and configure VRT across ~15–20 pages. Set up WP Umbrella with 1-minute checks and multi-location monitoring. Configure alert channels (Slack/email). Performance baseline capture. End-to-end validation. Documentation and handover.
🤖 Automated monitoring liveWeekly QA reviews begin. Monthly health reporting starts. Communication channel established (Slack/WhatsApp/Teams). You have a dedicated account manager and direct technical escalation path.
✅ Fully operational care20-hour dev bucket available. We recommend starting with a reusable landing page template for events like ICE. Hours drawn down as needed — no expiry.
